This website and all services are operated by M/s. Free Thinkers and Affiliates, a registered Partnership Firm. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to M/s. Free Thinkers and Affiliates. By accessing our site or booking an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including all policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

3. Eligibility & Booking Conditions
A. Age Requirements: You must be of legal age (18+) to book independently. Minors must be accompanied or have parental/guardian consent.
B. Booking Integrity: You agree to provide accurate contact and billing details. We reserve the right to limit bookings per user/company or cancel bookings if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
4. Participation, Safety & Conduct
A. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that escape rooms involve physical movement and confined spaces. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
B. Mandatory Compliance: Participants must follow all safety instructions and staff directions.
C. Prohibited Behavior: Recording (photo/video/audio) inside rooms, entering under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or engaging in abusive behavior is strictly prohibited. Violation leads to immediate removal without a refund.
5. Property Damage & Liability
Breakout® environments contain high-value, custom-built assets.
Financial Accountability: Any damage caused to props, electronics, or set design elements due to negligence, misuse, or excessive force will be charged to the booking party.
6. Punctuality & Time Policy
Arrival Window: You must arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled slot.
Late Arrivals: Due to live-slot scheduling dependencies, late arrivals may result in reduced game time or denied entry without a refund.
7. Pricing & Payment Processing
Transactions: Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Card data is not stored by us and is secured via PCI-DSS encryption.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy available on our website.
9. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Breakout® experience—including game design, storylines, puzzles, and branding—are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially recreate any part of the experience.
10. User Submissions & Feedback
If you share feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you agree that we may use, modify, or publish them without compensation or confidentiality obligations.
11. Third-Party Services & Links
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or service quality of third-party websites linked on our platform. Once you leave our site, the third party’s policies apply.
12. Prohibited Uses of the Platform
You may not use our site for illegal activities, harassment, data scraping, hacking, or uploading malicious code. Violation will lead to immediate termination of access.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Service: We provide services on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee error-free or continuous availability.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking. We are not liable for injury, loss, or any direct/indirect damages beyond this amount.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M/s. Free Thinkers and Affiliates and its partners from any claims arising due to your violation of these Terms or your actions during participation.
15. Severability & Termination
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid. We may terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
