At Breakout®, we have specific requirements when it comes to training our team. We believe that to provide you with the best possible experience, our team needs to be well-versed in all aspects of our operations.  

Our team is trained to handle all situations that may arise during your time with us. From minor hiccups to emergencies, our team is equipped to handle them all –  including your little ones at our escape room for kids. 

We have three major types of employees at Breakout® – Game Masters, Live Actors, and Event Hosts.  

Our Amazing Game Masters: 

Game Masters are the ones who host the missions. They are excellent communicators and storytellers, able to weave an immersive storyline that will keep you engaged throughout your experience.  

It takes at least 1,000 mission briefings to really start connecting with the audience, and our Game Masters have been trained to do just that. 

Our Engaging Live Actors: 

At Breakout®, we offer live actors as part of our 4th Generation Virtual Escape Rooms.  

This innovation takes virtual escape rooms to a whole new level, providing an unparalleled level of immersion and realism that truly sets us apart from the competition.  

Our live actors are specially trained to interact with players in a way that enhances the overall experience, creating a more dynamic and engaging gameplay. They are integral to the mission and help players feel part of a real-life adventure.  

These virtual missions are majorly hosted for families and friends looking to celebrate a virtual birthday party or remote corporate teams getting together for virtual team-building activities. 

Our Energy-Packed Event Hosts: 

Event Hosts go beyond the Game Masters. They can engage and excite the crowd at all times. They can feel the audience’s pulse and create amazing moments for you.  

Our Event Hosts can create a sense of community and ensure that everyone feels included in the experience.  

Trained in hosting various kinds of parties, as well as corporate team-building events and corporate growth programs, they are experts at facilitating group dynamics, ensuring everyone has a great time. 

The best part is that they are adept at handling experiences physically or virtually or, for that matter, cross-boundaries.
